RICOTTA, BANANA, WALNUT, AND HONEY TOAST

2 slices whole grain bread

2 tablespoons ricotta

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 banana, thinly sliced

1/4 cup California walnuts, toasted and chopped

2 teaspoons honey

1. Toast bread. Spread ricotta onto each slice.

2. Sprinkle cinnamon over ricotta, then top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with honey before serving.
